    3 Cups Egg Susbtitute (Egg Beaters)
    1 Cup of Chopped Onions
    1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper
    1 Pkg (1.75 Cups) Perdue Chicken Shortccuts
    2 Cans of Campbell's Fat Free Beef Gravy
    1 Tbs Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1/4 Cup of Water (Optional to thin out sauce)
    Pepper to taste


Spray Pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in 1/6 of Egg Beaters, add 1/6 of chicken, onions and peppers. Cook till crispy on one side and flip.

In saucepan empty can's of gravy and add Soy Sauce. I usually add 1/4 cup of water to thin it out a bit. If you like your sauce sweeter you can add Worcestire Sauce Or Sweetener/Sugar.

Serve Egg Fu Young patties over brown rice and top with gravy mixture. Rice is not included in this recipe.
