    1 can black beans drained
    1 can mexicorn drained
    1 avocado diced
    2 plum tomatoes diced
    1 small onion diced
    1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    .25 cup balsamic vinegar
    .50 cup olive oil


Dice avocado, tomatoes and onion.
Drain mexicorn and black beans
Mix veggies, canned ingredients, oil, vinegar and dressing packet together.
