Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb Beef chuck roast
    2 cup Green Beans (snap)
1-2 Onions, chopped in large chunks
    30 medium Baby Carrots, raw
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    2 Tbsp Peppered Season-All
3 small Potatos, chopped in chunks
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw

Tips

If you like gravy with your roast, scoop out about 1 cup of the juice in the crock pot 5 minutes before serving. Use that juice to make brown gravy using a Brown Gravy Packet following the instructions for making it in the microwave.

You can use the leftovers to make beef stew by adding tomato soup and some water.

Directions

Cut each potato into about 6 pieces each. Layer the bottom of a regular-size crock pot with the potatoes. Follow with Celery.
Place baby carrots as the next layer in the crock pot, and then add the onions. Add 1/2 cup water. Add sea salt to taste.
Place roast (can be frozen) on top of root vegetables. Pour Worcestershire sauce over meat. Sprinkle Peppered season-all over the roast. Put green beans on top.
Cover and cook on low in the crock pot for 8 hours.

    Incredible!
Really delicious! I used McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger seasoning instead of the pepper suggested because I didn't have it :-) It was so tender and flavorful. - 5/8/10
