    Brown rice meijer all natural long grain rice , 1.5 cup Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia), chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Flav - R - Pak Whole Kernal Corn, 1 cup
    Swanson Organic Vegetable Broth, 2.25 cup
    Natural Valley 100% Organic Black Beans, .5 cup, rinsed and drained
    Meijer's Lower Sodium Bacon, Sliced; cooked and crumbled (6 slices)
    Meijer's Natural's Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes, 1.75 cup *Chili powder, 2 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Garlic powder, 1/4 tsp.
    Cheese - 2% milk Mexican Cheese, 1/4 cup shredded
    Jennie - O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast, 8 oz , cooked and drained


Combine chopped onion, and ground turkey in nonstick skillet and cook till turkey is no longer pink; drain off fat. Cook and crumble bacon seperately, then add to turkey. Add remaining ingredients, EXCEPT CHEESE; and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 50-55 minutes. Add cheese and serve. Serves 6-8
