    olive oil (2tbs)
    red pepper
    green pepper
    garlic clove (or garlic sauce use 2tbs)
    mince beef
    medium onion
    worcestershire sauce (6tbs)
    tomatoe puree (50g)
    chopped tomato (1 can)
    black pepper
    spaghetti (3 cups)


fry onions,and garlic in olive oil until onions are soft
add peppers, salt and black pepper and 2 tbs worcestershire sauce
add ground beef until browned (or cook mince before-hand in seperate pan to remove excess fat)
next add tomatoes and tomato puree and 2 tbs of worcestershire sauce
simmer on low heat for 20 mins
add last 2 tbs of worcestershire sauce before serving
