    1/2 lb salted cod (bacalao), prepared*
    2 stalks celery, chopped, cooked
    1/3 cup black olives
    1 1/2 cups Italian roasted red peppers
    1/2 tablespoon fat free italian dressing
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    salt, pepper, oregano, dried parsley to taste

    *soak cod in water overnight, refresh water a few times to remove salt


mix ingredients together and add seasonings to taste
