    2 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced or chopped
    1 cup celery, diced
    1/4 cup uncooked rice
    1 lb raw hamburger
    1 can red kidney beans, undrained
    1 can tomato soup


Grease 2 qt casserole dish. Layer ingredients in the order listed. Season each layer with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
