    2 cups of cut raw yukon gold potatoes
    1 TBS Olivio margerine
    2 TBS Light Sour Cream
    Dash of Kosher salt
    Ground fresh Black Pepper
    2 TBS Milk, 1 %


Rinse 4 small Yukon Potatoes, cut in chunks
Boil for 20 minutes
Drain potatoes
Add 2 TBS light sour cream, 1 TBS Olivio margerine, 1 oz lowfat milk
Add a pinch of Kosher salt and grind black pepper to taste
Mash to your tastes for smoothness
Makes 2, 1 cup servings.
