Introduction

Stuffed portabella mushrooms with any combo of veggies that you like! Stuffed portabella mushrooms with any combo of veggies that you like!

Ingredients

    cottage cheese, veggies (I used spinach, garlic, cauliflower, broccoli)

Directions

Tear out stem and gills from mushroom. Chop and add to onions, broccoli and spinach. Saute garlic before adding veggies. Keep the spinach until the end, it wilts quickest. Then, mix that with cottage cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 or until looking brown.
