    Egg, fresh, 6 large beaten
    Shallots, 6 tbsp chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 225 grams minced
    Zucchini, 1 cup, minced
    Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 2 slice
    Tony Chachere's Salt Free Seasoning, 1 tsp


spray six muffin silcone muffin pan (or line 8 muffin metal pan with double liners). Combine all ingredients except tony chachere seasoning and eggs and distribute evenly in muffin pan. Mix Tony with eggs a nd pour even amou nts into each muffin c up. Bake a t 375 for 20 to 30 minutes until set. Will keep in fridge up to one week.
