    Marinade ingredients
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 170 grams
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 0.25 tsp
    1 Lime,43 grams
    Coriander seed, 0.50 tsp
    Chili powder, 0.50 tsp
    Turmeric, ground, 0.50 tsp
    Cumin seed, 0.50 tsp
    Curry ingredients
    Chopped Tomatoes Napolina 400g can,
    Italian Tomato Puree double concentrate Wiatrose organic ..., 25 gram
    1 red Onion raw, 170 grams
    Spinach 300 gram
    Yogurt fat free natural Waitrose essentials 250 gram
    Double cream Jersey waitrose 150 gram
    Cilantro, dried, 10 grams
    Corn Starch, 10 grams
    Olive oil Napolina light & Mild, 1 tbsp

Directions

Put all the marinade ingredients together with 2 tbsp cream, coat the chicken and marinade in fridge for 30 minutes.
Fry chopped onion until transparent. Add chicken and marinade and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add all other ingredients and turn heat up and cook for 30 minutes.
