    4 4-ounce skinless chicken breasts
    3 egg whites
    1 cup Panko bread crumbs
    Cooking spray as needed


Flatten chicken breasts so they are of uniform thickness.
Dip chicken breast in egg whites and then in Panko to coat.
Place on cooking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, turning once.
