Ingredients

    12 tomatoes (heirloom if possible)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp thyme leaves
    1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Oven to 250 Degrees
cut tomatoes in half place on foil and parchment paper.
drizzle the tomatoes w/ oil thyme and salt roast for 2 - 2 1/2 hours till they're collapsed.
