Introduction

Ingredients

    5 to 6 cups broccoli florets (2 bunches)
    1/2 cup raisins (or craisins)
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup red onion, chopped
    12 slices bacon, crumbled
    1 cup mayo
    2 Tbs cider vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Toast pecans in single layer on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine broccoli florets, raisins, pecans, cheese, bacon, and onion in large bowl.

In separate bowl, whisk together Miracle Whip, vinegar, and sugar.

Add dressing to the salad and toss to mix well. Chill thoroughly before serving.

Makes 5 servings.
