Ingredients

    2 15-oz cans dark red kidney beans (drained)
    1 15-oz can chili beans (not drained)
    1 15-oz can black beans (not drained)
    1 onion, diced
    1 tablespoon light butter
    1 packet chili seasoning (less sodium)
    1 lb lean ground beef

Directions

Cook diced onion in butter until almost transluscent. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Drain.

Add beans, one can at a time, stirring in between cans.

Mix in seasoning. Let simmer on medium low heat, stirring every 10 minutes or so, for about 60 minutes.
