An easy bake chicken casserole. An easy bake chicken casserole.
Number of Servings: 8


    2 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces and cooked.
    1 Can Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup.
    1/4 C of plain greek yogurt.
    1 C french style green beans.
    1 box stove top stuffing mix (chicken flavored)
    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese. (or Muenster)
    Pam cooking spray


Cook 6 chicken breat strips and chop into bite size pieces. Mix with Fat Free cream of chicken soup. Add 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt. Add 1 cup of french style green beans. Mix together. Cook a box of chicken flavored stuffing on stove top. Use pyrex or glass piet pan. Spray with Pam cooking spray and push stuffing into it. Add chicken and soup mixture. Grate Sharp Cheddar Cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes with foil cover. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes to melt the cheese on top. Remove from oven and let sit for 8 minutes before serving. Makes 8 slices of Pie.
