I made this shake to boost my protein after working out with weights :) I made this shake to boost my protein after working out with weights :)

Ingredients

    8 oz water
    4 ice cubes
    2 scoops naturade total soy french vanilla
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 [of 15 oz] can libbys pure pumpkin
    1 splenda

Directions

blend until smooth - pudding like, yum!!
