made with neufchatel cheese, not fat free made with neufchatel cheese, not fat free
Number of Servings: 10


    Large can of pumpkin (3.5 cups)
    2 packages 8 oz neufchatel cheese
    4 tbs pumpkin pie spice (I like trader joe's)
    1 container egg beaters
    1 16 oz container fat free cream cheese
    2 cups of splenda


Mix all ingedients together, bake at 400 until knife comes out clean from center (about 35 minutes in a large glass pan)
