    1/2 block firm tofu - lite, coarsely mashed
    4 oz ground turkey
    5 mushrooms
    3 dried wood ear mushrooms
    1/4 cup fz peas
    1/4 cup fz corn
    1/2 cup fz oriental veg mix
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp hoisin sauce
    2 tsp lemon juice


Reconstitute dried woodear mushrooms in just boiled water for 20min. Then slice into 1/4 in strips.

- Saute fresh mushrooms until browned.
- Add ground turkey. Brown turkey and break apart.
- Add frozen vegetables and saute until any liquid disappears.
- Coarsely mash tofu with a fork, until approximately same consistency as turkey. Add to stir fry along with woodear mushrooms.
- Mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and lemon juice (can substitute white wine or rice wine vinegar) in small bowl, then add and stir until fully combined.
