Introduction

My 17-month old loves this... And it's one of my favorite comfort foods!

Please note that this is not "cheesey". Some people might want to add more cheese if you would prefer it more like mac 'n' cheese.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 oz dry pasta, like elbow or twist
    1 1/2 cup frozen peas
    5 oz can tuna, drained
    1 oz mozzerella cheese
    3 oz cheddar cheese
    2/3 cup milk

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions. When there is about 5 minutes left, stir in the frozen peas. Drain.

While pasta/pea mix is draining, put the milk and cheese into the pot. Stir until cheese is melted and smooth. Return the pasta/pea mix to pot and add tuna. Stir until well mixed.

Makes four 1-cup servings.
