Number of Servings: 14


    2 large or 3 small ripe bananas – mashed
    2 cups Bisquik
    1 cup sugar
    ½ cup milk (add a little more if it looks a little thick)
    1 egg
    Nuts optional


Mix together and place in one large loaf pan or two smaller loaf pans.
Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes then check at 10 minute intervals till
Golden brown to your liking. Enjoy!!
