    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped fine
    Garlic, 4 clove chopped (not minced)
    Celery, raw, 1 tbsp chopped fine
    Parsley, 2 tbsp chopped
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Alessi Pear Infused Vinegar, 6 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 1 tbsp
    *Dole -Spring Mix Salad 6 cups
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 cherry (or grape tomatoes)
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit sliced
    Poppy seed (optional)
    Sea Salt to taste
    Cracked pepper to taste.


Put onion, garlic, celery, parsley, salt, pepper, and poppy seed in a clean jar.
Add oil oil, lime juice, and vinegar.
Shake well.
Add tomatoes and chill.
About 20 minutes before serving, put greens and avocado in bowl.
Add the dressing and toss well.
Refridgerate for 20 minutes, tossing once after 10 minutes.
