    3 small cans of chunk light tuna, drained completely
    3 TBSP bread crumbs, plain
    3 TBSP Egg Beaters
    1/2 med. onion, chopped fine
    1 garlic clove, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes (may use more or less to taste)
    1 TBSP parsley
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
    Non-stick spray


Combine all ingredients, except non-stick spray, in a bowl and let sit for 15 minutes for flavors to incorporate. Form into 3 patties. Fry in a skillet prepared with non-stick spray over med-high heat for about 2-3 minutes per side, until nicely browned, then bake in a 400 oven for about 5 minutes.
