    1 Pesto & Garlic Tortilla
    1 slice lite Havarti Cheese
    3 thin slices of tomato, halved
    1/4 cup chopped spinach


Line a baking sheet with foil. Put the tortilla on the baking sheet. Spread out the pieces of tomato on the tortilla. Tear the slice of cheese into small pieces and put them on top of the tortilla. Sprinkle the spinach on top. Put in the oven on broil, and cook the tortilla until the cheese is melted. Either eat like a pizza, or fold in half to make a quesadilla!
