    2 cups mashed cooked pumpkin
    1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
    2 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp chopped garlic
    1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
    1 can evaporated fat free milk
    4 cups low sodium vegetable broth
    1 tbsp Bragg's liquid aminos


Heat oil in soup stock pan. Add onions and broccoli and saute until onions begin to carmelize. Add chili powder and garlic and saute for a minute or two. Add broth and simmer covered for 30 minutes minimum (I cooked for an hour on low heat). Add the can of evaporated fat free milk. Makes 6 (1 cup) servings.
