Ingredients

    1 jar Ferratos tomato basil pasta sauce(50 cal, 1 g. fat per 1/2 c.)
    12 oz box Heartland multigrain pasta
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    6 oz. cooked lean ground turkey
    1 c. part skim shredded mozzarella
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 & 1/3 c. water

Directions

Have cooked turkey ready. Put all (except pasta and cheese) in a good sized pot with 2 1/3 c. added water and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in pasta and cover, and simmer til pasta is just done. Remove from heat and spread mozzarella evenly on top and cover so it can melt. Makes six hefty servings with lots of fiber and tastes good. You can always add garlic and more meat.
