Introduction

This is a nice elegant way to dress up pork chops. The flavor from the peppers is delicious. This is a nice elegant way to dress up pork chops. The flavor from the peppers is delicious.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 large red bell pepper
    1 large yellow bell pepper
    1 small onion
    1/2 to 1 cup V8
    4 Pork Loin Chops, boneless.


Directions

Sear the pork chops over high heat, place in baking dish, put in oven for 30 mins, meanwhile, dice the bell peppers and onion, saute the vegetables with the v8 however saucy you want it. Serve pork chop on bed of rice with bell pepper sauce on top.

Serves 4.

(photo is without the v8, didn't have any in the house, was still good though)
