Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 4 cup (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    *A Taste of Thai - LIte Coconut Milk - WHOLE can (398 ml), 0.5 serving (remove)
    *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.5 tsp (remove)
    *Real Lemon 100% Lemon Juice, 2 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Blanch spinach and peas. Set aside.
.
Heat oil and saute chopped onions and garlic until soft.
Add this to blanched spinach and peas and puree.

Transfer to a container and heat. add salt, sugar, pepper, nutmeg. Adjust consistency with water or milk. Towards the end add coconut milk and heat for a few more minutes. Turn off heat and add lemon juice. serve hot.
