Ingredients

    * Buckwheat Flour - 1/2 cup
    * Chickpea Flour - 1/4 cup
    * Arrowroot flour - 1 Tbsp
    * Organic All-Purpose White Flour - 1/4 cup
    * Organic Soy Milk - 1 3/4 cup
    * Water - 1/4 cup
    * Earth Balance Vegan Buttery Sticks - 1 Tbsp
    * Monin Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup - 2 Tbsp
    * Salt - 1/2 tsp

Directions

Mix all in a blender. Each crepe should be 1/2 cup batter.
