My version of chicken noodle bowl from my favorite noodle restaurant My version of chicken noodle bowl from my favorite noodle restaurant
Number of Servings: 6


    Chicken Breast, no skin, 18 ounces
    Kirkland Stir-Fry Veg Blend, 23 ounces
    Nissan Top Ramen - No seasoning packet used, 2 serving
    Soy sauce, low sodium, 1 tbsp
    Hoisin Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp
    Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tsp.


Cook Ramen Noodles as directed DO NOT use the seasoning packets. Cook stir-fry vegetables according to package directions. Add cooked noodles and set to side.
Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces. Brown in a non-stick skillet. Remove to a separate bowl. Add vegetables and noodles back to pan with chicken. Mix together remaining ingredients to make sauce and add to chicken and vegetable mixture. Heat thoroughly.

Makes 6 equal servings.
