    1 T Olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    5 campari tomatoes, halved
    2 T basil, chopped
    salt & pepper to taste


Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic & sautee 30 seconds or until fragrant, add tomatoes & continue to cook for about 3 minutes. Flip tomatoes & cook another 3 minutes. Salt & pepper to taste. Add basil & stir.
