    3 eggs
    1 cup vegatable oil
    2 cups sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
    3 cups flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    .5 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    .5 tsp cloves
    1 tsp allspice
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup raisins


Beat eggs, add oil and mix until creamy. Add sugar and vanilla and mix together. Turn mixer to lowest speed and add zucchini and pineapple. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture, along with nuts and raisins. Grease loaf pans and fill about 2/3 with mixture. Cook at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
