Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    6 Egg (Eggland's Best Large)
    1/4 cup GROUND FLAX SEED
    6 oz Jenny-O turkey store ground turkey
    1/4 cup Dark Kidney Beans
    2 Tbls Chopped Pecans

Directions

Fry sausage in 2 tbls oil. Drain well. Bring heat to medium and stir in flax seed, pecans, kidney beans, and almond milk. Scramble eggs in blender until fluffy. Poor scrambled egg mixture in pan, reduce heat, cover, and let cook until set. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes 3 servings.
