    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz 1 package
    Zucchini, 1/4/C. Shredded
    Onions, raw,1/4 cup, chopped
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 3 oz
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/2 cup
    Hashed Browns shredded , 1/2 cup
    Cheddar Cheese 1/4 C
    Parmesan Cheese 2 TBS
    *Ketchup, Heinz


Pre heat oven to 350.
Line a 12 hole muffin pan with the metal muffin cups (saves on clean up and won't make you next cupcakes taste like meat)
Mix meat with zucchini, onion, Breadcrumbs, both cheeses, and egg subsitute. Once blended take 1/3 cup and divide into 12 muffins. Top with swirral of ketchup. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes till done.
