Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cans Kidney or Cannelini Beans drained and rinsed
    1 can tomatoes
    4 cups chicken broth
    1 onion diced
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsp italian seasoning (oregano, basil, rosemary)
    1 TBS c=minced garlic
    2 cups diced celery
    2 cups diced broccoli
    1 cup diced turnip
    3 carrots diced
    1 cup frozen peas

Directions

Place beans and tomatoes in food processor in batches until smooth. Add to large soup pot with chicken broth and spices, garlic and onions. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add all diced vegetables except peas. Bring back to a boil then turn down to low simmer and cook for 20 plus minutes until vegetables are soft. Add peas and cook for 5 more minutes
