    * 16 oz egg noodles
    * Can of Mushroom soup
    * Frozen veggies (any kind I use mixed veggies)
    * 1 pound of ground chicken or beef
    * onion
    * 1/2 cup milk
    1 cup sour cream-reduced fat
    * salt and pepper to taste


In a frying pan cook onion until tender, add ground chicken or beef and cook throughadd frozen veggies. Meanwhile, cook pasta to package directions. Drain. Add pasta to meat and onion. In a separate small pot put mushroom soup and milk and sour cream and whisk together until warm, add salt and pepper. Add to meat and pasta mixture, heat until warm. Serve.
