Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Quinoa, cooked
    1/2 cup egg whites - egg beaters or Kirkland Egg Starts
    1/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

Spray saute pan with oil spray (Pam)
Heat to medium.
Add quinoa and vegetables.
Drizzle egg over quinoa.
Cover pan and cook on medium for 3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
After five minutes set heat to medium and stir until egg is fully cooked.
