Introduction

Ingredients

    Cake:
    1.5 cups white flour
    3 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    5 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup cold water

    Glaze:
    1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1/4 cup orange juice (any kind of juice will do, cranberry is nice, also)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the powdered sugar and orange juice together and pour into a 9X9 inch, greased cooking pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 min. Mix the powdered sugar and orange juice together and pour the glaze over the warm cake. Cut into 16 pieces.
