    2 cups white rice
    2 cups monterey jack cheese
    1 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken breast
    1 12oz can nonfat evaporated milk
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    2 TB melted margarine


Preheat oven to 350.Coat a 2 quart oven proof dish with n/s spray. In a bowl stir and combine all ingredients. Pour into dish and bake for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
