    Vegetables French Beans Today's Gourmet, 0.25 cup
    Potatoes whole white IGA, 2 oz
    Bacon Oscar Mayer turkey bacon, 2 serving
    Oregano, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.5 fl oz
    Mix all ingredients except Eggbeaters in pan & saute until soft or crispy. Remove to plate & keep warm. Cook Eggbeaters until edges firm, then tilt eggs & let liquid on top flow underneath & cook all is softly firm. Add bacon & vegetable mixture on top, fold over & remove to serving plate.
