Another amazing but oh so bad for you recipe!! Another amazing but oh so bad for you recipe!!
Number of Servings: 75

    2 lbs peanut butter (creamy)
    2 lbs confectioners’ sugar
    ½ C butter (1 stick)
    ¾ C milk
    1 Tbls. Vanilla
    2 pks chocolate chips
little chunk of paraffin wax (found in baking/canning section at grocery store OR 3 Tbls shortening – this helps choc to set. (shortening is not worked in to the calories and serving size is a guess

Mix all ingredients except for chocolate chips and wax/shortening. After blending (should be playdough consistency), take out of mixing bowl and kneed with hands, should be nice and smooth. Shape into balls (for Christmas) or eggs (for Easter). Melt chocolate chips and wax/shortening in a pan on LOW heat until smooth. I usually freeze the peanut butter balls prior to dipping in chocolate. It helps to set the chocolate faster. Dip balls into chocolate then place on foil or wax paper to set.
