Ingredients

    Five 7 oz. fillets of Atlantic Salmon (I use Costco frozen salmon)
    tamari, 7 tbsp
    Blue Agave Syrup, 4 tbsp
    Garlic, 4 cloves, chopped
    Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp

Directions

Place the salmon in a pan.

Mix the remaning ingredients together and pour onto to salmon. You can let it marinade, or simply put it in the oven. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes, then broil it on low for 5 minutes.

I serve it with a fresh salad and a wild and brown rice mixture.
