Introduction

For a special kick to your ordinary pot roast... For a special kick to your ordinary pot roast...
Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    * Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2.75 lb
    * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp (or to taste)
    * Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    * Water, tap, 1.5 cup (enough to cover ingredients)

Directions

Place Pot roast in crockpot. Add worcestershire sauce. Add your favorite spices (I use garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, and meat tenderizer). Place chopped carrots on top. Cover with water.
Set crockpot to low for 8 hours, and enjoy!
Makes 11 4 oz servings.
