    * wild wood super firm organic tofu, 20 oz
    * Water, tap, 1 fl oz
    * kanjuku aka miso unpasterized organic miso, 2 tbsp
    * Ginger Root, 9 tsp
    * Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp


cube tofu
add fresh ginger, ground in spice grinder or grated
stir gently let sit for a couple of hours if possible

bake at 350 until heated through and dry

cool drizzle with sesame oil
