Number of Servings: 4


    * Egg white, 6 serving
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    * Onions, raw, 1 small
    * *Texas Pete Chili Sauce, 2 tsp
    * Garlic, 1 tsp
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup


First preheat oven to 350 degrees. You will need a large skillet that can be used in the oven. Cook the onions, broccoli and garlic in the skillet to soften them up for a few minutes. Add eggs on top of this and place everything into the oven. Cook for about 15 minutes or until eggs are cooked through. Slice up into 4 to 8 portions and enjoy!
