Ingredients

    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 stick of light Smart Balance margarine
    1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

Directions

makes 9 servings

Melt margarine in microwave in square glass baking dish. Mix in drained whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, and Corn Muffin mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until firm and browned.
