    * Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.). steamed and peeled
    * Sweet potato, .5 sweetpotato, 5" long, steamed and peeled
    * Pureed Tomatoes, 2 cup
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia), chopped
    * Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
    * Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    * Lima Beans, 1 cup
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    * Green Beans (snap), 2 cups, chopped
    * 1-2 tspns, Everest pav bhaji masala
    * Salt to taste


Heat oil. Saute onions till golden. Add tomatoes and masala. Cook for a min. Add all vegetables and salt (except potatoes and sweet potatoes). Cover and simmer till vegetables are soft. Add coarsely chopped sweet and white potatoes. Mash with a potato masher till the vegetables are mashed and combined into a chunky mash.
