    Western Family Green Split Peas, 8 serving or 2 cups
    Spiral Ham, 9 oz
    Baby Carrots, 6 oz
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Water, bottled, 6 serving
    Bar S Fylly Cooked Bacon, 5 serving


1) I boiled out ham bone in 12 cups of bottled water. I also added some ham to make the 9oz.

2) I cut up my veggies and put aside.
3) When ham was finished & cut into pieces. I added
Split peas. Cooked 1.5hr
4) Then I added veggies and cooked till tender
5) Then I put 3/4 of it in to my blender and blended
6) Put that back into pan with rest and simmered for an
other 1.5hr.
7) Season to your own taste

Add more water if needed.

This makes 12 - 1 cup servings
