    * 3 cups GF All Purpose Baking Flour (I used my own GF mix)
    * 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
    * 2 Tb Sugar
    * 1 Tb Potato Flour
    * 1 Tb Xanthan Gum
    * 1 tsp Guar Gum
    * 1-1/2 cups Warm Milk
    * 3/4 cup Whole Egg (must measure 3/4 cups)*
    * 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
    * 1 tsp Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice
    * 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

    3/4 cup whole egg; can use 3 TBSP Ener G egg replacer and 1/2 cup water. Mix well before adding to recipe.


Warm milk. Add yeast and allow to sit for a few minutes. Add all ingredients and mix well. Spread into a large greased loaf pan. Cover with saran wrap and allow to rise until doubled.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 60 minutes. Cover with foil after first 15 minutes to prevent over-browning. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
