    1 pound lean ground beef
    14.5 can no-salt- added stewed tomatoes
    1 cup water
    1 tsp dried oregano, crmbled
    1 tsp garlic powder
    .5 tsp paprika
    .5 tsp salt-free lemon pepper
    .5 tsp salt
    15 ounce can no-salt-added navy beans, rinsed and drained
    15 ounce can no-salt-added French Style green beans, drained
    1 cup uncooked instant brown rice


In a Large skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat for 7 to 8 minutes, or until browned on outside and no longer pink in center, stirring occassionaly. Put beef in caolander and rinse with hot water to remove excess fat; drain well. Wipe skillet with paper towel. Return beef to skillet
Stir in tomatoes, water, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, lemon pepper, and salt. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Stir in remaining ingredients and cook, covered, over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes, or until rice is tender.
